BUILD Connect operationalizes the BUILD Method, a human-centered framework for legal client communication. It is designed to help law firms listen well, gather useful context, identify issues and missing information, communicate expectations clearly, and follow through on every commitment.

The product is being validated as an intelligence and accountability layer—not simply another answering service. It can work alongside a firm's existing receptionist, answering service, intake process, or telephony provider while preserving attorney judgment and firm-approved policies.
